1. Overview of Digital Goods

polpattern sells downloadable digital sewing patterns in PDF format (including printable pattern pieces for standard A4 and US Letter formats, and step-by-step illustrated instruction guides). Because our digital products are delivered instantly upon order completion, they are exempt from standard physical return shipping.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We provide full refunds or file replacements under the following circumstances:

Defective or Corrupted Files: If a pattern file is damaged, missing pieces, or cannot be opened/printed, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same sewing pattern more than once.
Wrong File Sent: If the file delivered does not match the product described.

3. 14-Day Refund Request Window

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns
